The event was attended by the chief designer of the site Arch. N 05323 of CAB RK VARNA, representatives of the contractor, some of the new owners of Bella Vita Residence, who have already purchased their home on the sea, as well as some of the agencies in the city of Varna.
Opening remarks were made by some of the most important persons for Bella Vita Residence – Nedelina Alexieva /0888 39 99 55/ representative of the “Sales” department of the contractor, the manager of the “Construction” department, the chief technical manager of the project and the CEO of “Express Grantion” Ltd – Mr Valentin Valev, who confirmed that the construction of the project provides for the use of high-end materials, in line with the latest technological trends and completion within 2.5 years! With more than 30 years of experience in the construction of buildings and facilities, the company “Express Grantion” is definitely a guarantor of quality!
Father Bozhidar consecrated the place and the ceremonial groundbreaking, which Mr Valev did together with his sons.
