The main designer and visionary of the project is arch. Stoyan Petkov. In 2014 he graduated with a Master of Architecture at the Free University of Varna “Chernorizets Hrabar”. Currently, he is the Chief Architect of Aksakovo Municipality.
He puts all his energy and urban planning experience into the realisation of a concept for a modern lifestyle for young families in a gated residential complex near the sea. The complex is in the category of low-rise construction and its vision and idea are to provide a peaceful and environmentally friendly living environment. With his project, arch. Petkov successfully transforms the urbanized area into a clean and welcoming complex for a new generation. Returning from work, people have the opportunity to park their cars within the complex, where they can spend their leisure time in a park-like environment in front of their home.
Building on his youthful boldness and combining it with Arch’s extensive experience. Petkov achieves harmony between the city, the park, and the sea’s proximity.
Bella Vita Residence is a project of construction and investment company “Express Garantion” Ltd. Varna,
with 30 years of experience and proven excellent quality in construction.
